On the Road to Mountain Jam

The view was all tail lights on one side of Hurd Road on Thursday afternoon. Earlier in the day traffic was backed up on 17B, or the Woodstock Way as it was recently designated. Thousands of people will be pouring into Bethel Woods Center for the Arts this weekend for this year's Mountain Jam Festival. Between June 13 and June 15, more than 40 artists will perform on three different stages.

Performers include Willie Nelson & Family, The Allman Brothers, Gov't Mule, Dispatch, the Rivalists and many more. Bethel Woods is expecting 6,000 campers over the weekend in addition to some 12,000 concert-goers during the day. See our photos and coverage of the Mountain Jam Festival in next week's Democrat.
