TOWN OF NEVERSINK EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY - PART-TIME BUILDING MAINTENANCE PERSON This part-time position involves the performance of a variety of skilled tasks involved in the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment. The duties of the position may require basic duties involving standard building trades and will also involve unskilled tasks such as snow removal, lawn maintenance and brush removal. The position is starting January 1, 2025 at an hourly rate of $27.04 per hour not to exceed 17.5 hours per week, paid bi-weekly. Set schedule to be determined.
