Like you said 35 years of trying to stop drunk driving and such and still no progress to the stoppage of it and that goes with the decades before your 35 years.

Drink responsibly, good slogan except while you're being responsible the drunkenness' is creeping up and about to slap you in the head while being responsible.

So if you're doing such a great job then why is there drunk drivers out there killing people?
