First I would like to say thank you for the editorial of March 29. I was absolutely enraged when I saw Andrew Cuomo on TV again playing the victim and I can only imagine the effects it is having on the real victims of all his many alleged crimes.

Let’s be brutally honest and admit that while all New Yorkers suffered under his regime the women who finally stood up and ended it endured the most. Seeing this sociopath trying to convince us he never did anything wrong must be unbearable for them.

Take a second and imagine the anger you would feel if you were the father, brother, or husband of one of those women let alone the actual person involved and now, like a criminal who served too short a sentence and didn’t learn his lesson, he’s back on the street and wants back in our lives.

The fact that so little time has passed just goes to show you the size of this man’s ego and that he is counting on us to forgive, forget or both as we Americans so often do in this world where the next big story is only a click away.

Again I say thank you for every word printed in “Misleading the public, again”. It was all true and touched on many of Andrew’s greatest hits. I will not honor him by calling him former governor because he does not deserve it. Just think of how much corruption was actually hidden that we will never hear about.

This criminal needs to take his lying, manipulating, senior citizen killing self and crawl under a rock with his dirty book money. As I was reading the editorial Tuesday my mind went back to October 2018 when this newspaper in the very same column endorsed this jerk for governor and praised him repeatedly while saying that his challenger Marc Molinaro had a “proven track record” but lacked experience. Guess who is still in office? Cuomo was no good then, he’s worse now and he shouldn’t be allowed to run an ad on Craigslist.

At least this paper finally got it right. Better late than never.

Great letter Kris. Thanks for reminding readers this paper had endorsed Cuomo. Perhaps they’ve redeemed themselves. I hope they’re coming around. But they certainly knew, as we all did, that Cuomo disbanded the Moreland Commission when it got close to his campaign. Preet Bharara successfully prosecuted Cuomo’s right hand man Percoco. But I’m making a wild guess they’ll endorse Hochul, her being a ‘Democrat’, over Republican Lee Zeldin this fall. But I already know LEE ZELDIN is the better candidate!
