Brian James Knack of Youngsville, NY a Water Treatment Operator for the Town of Fallsburg died unexpectedly on Friday, August 6, 2021 in South Fallsburg, NY. He was 42 years old.

The son of Forrest L. Knack and Barbara Allegretta Robinson, he was born February 24, 1979 in Harris, NY.

Brian was a 17 year member of the Youngsville Fire Department, and he truly enjoyed his fire department friends. He loved riding his 4-wheeler, his snowmobile, shooting guns, and hunting with his Dad and friends and driving his new pickup.

Survivors include his father Forrest L. Knack of Youngsville, his mother Barbara Robinson of Youngsville, his brother Kevin L. Knack of Youngsville, his paternal grandmother Betty L. Knack of White Sulphur Springs, NY, many cousins and two very special friends Kevin Klein and Steven Schroeder both of Youngsville. Brian was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Joseph and Claire Allegretta and by his paternal grand-father Richard Knack.

Friends may call on Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 4 to 7 PM at Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home Jeffersonville, NY. Firematic services by the Youngsville Fire Department will be Thursday at 7:00 PM at the funeral home, followed by a funeral service at 7:15 at the funeral home. Bud LeConey will officiate.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Youngsville Fire Department, PO Box 78, Youngsville, NY 12791.
