Born to John and Viola DiMarzio in Monticello, NY, Diana grew up in Monticello, graduating in 1978 from Monticello High School. She then attended the Albany College of Business, graduating with an Associate’s degree in Accounting. In 2004 she married her longtime love, Ed Edwards of Monticello, New York, with whom she shared an enduring passion for automotive body work.

She is also survived by five great-nephews and nieces, several cousins, and a circle of longtime friends and business associates with whom she found much joy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Edwards and her parents, Viola and John DiMarzio, as well as brothers-in-law Tom Nolan, Gurney Curtis, and Joseph Calo.

A light in the lives of all who knew her, Diana leaves behind an enduring loving legacy and energy, and a community of family and friends who will miss her as much as they are grateful for having had her in their lives.

The funeral will be conducted on Thursday from the Miller Bean Funeral Home Inc., 436 Cedar Ave., Scranton with Funeral Liturgy at 9 am in St. Peter’s Cathedral, 315 Wyoming Ave., Scranton.
