Once Thanksgiving has passed, the Friday that follows is when the holiday season officially kicks off in the Village of Jeffersonville with the James Dworetsky Parade. 

Named after the Youngsville firefighter who passed away in 1995, the event honors Dworetsky’s memory and his dedication to his community with emergency service volunteers taking center stage in the festivities.

In addition to the parade, which served as the night’s main event, local youth were able to visit with Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus at the Jeffersonville Bake Shop.
