FALLSBURG – The Comets squared off against Port Jervis on Monday, and continued their early season scoring disparity, winning 5-0. Diego Bonilla and Angel Dubon each netted two goals, while Olvin Jimenez added the fifth.

Cross Country

Beacon travelled to Monticello on Wednesday for a race around the waterlogged grounds of the high school. Adjustments were made to the course to avoid the largest of the puddles. The Monticello boys lost 26 to 30, while the girls won 15 to 50.

Girls Soccer

The Lady Bears defeated Liberty on Monday 3-1 after Friday’s tie against Monticello. Kendall McGregor scored twice and Brooke Delaney netted the other goal for Tri-Valley. Kaylee Poppo kept the Lady Bears ahead to give Tri-Valley their first win of the season.
