Meet Gavin Hauschild of the Jeffersonville Fire Department. Gavin joined the fire service in September of 2020, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.

Gavin is currently a student athlete at the Sullivan West High School. He recently completed the New York State Basic Exterior Firefighter Operations course and is currently enrolled in the SCBA/Interior Operations course which begins in June. Gavin is one of the many firefighters in Sullivan County that serves their community while still in high school.

We are grateful to have such dedicated volunteers willing to volunteer to serve the communities of Sullivan County.
