Jacobowitz and Gubits Welcomes Jessica M. Mahoney and Staff to the Firm

WALDEN - Jacobowitz and Gubits, LLP is excited to announce that on June 1, Jessica M. Mahoney and staff have joined the firm, expanding our real estate team.

Jessica is a Partner concentrating in residential and commercial real estate transactions. She represents clients in all aspects of real estate including sales and acquisitions, buy sell agreements, contract review and financing. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science in 2011 from Berkely College in New York, New York. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2014 from Albany Law School in Albany, New York. She established her private practice in 2017 and has devoted almost eight years to serving clients in the residential and commercial law areas. Jessica is a member of the New York State Bar Association and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2015. She is also a member of the Women’s Bar Association of Orange and Sullivan Counties.

Jessica has shown a great commitment to our community by volunteering as a Peer Mentor at Berkely College; a Media Intern at Hudson Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America in Newburgh; as a Cadet Executive Officer for the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) in Slate Hill; and as a Police Officer Cadet Corps Commander for the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Goshen.
