The Children’s room computers are up and running at the Western Sullivan Public Library!

Stop by with the kids and explore a new program on the children's room computers. Explore over 175 fun and educational titles geared for ages 2-12.

Content includes science, technology, reading, engineering, art and music, math, and social and emotional learning. There will also be a “Cricut Meet-Up at the Library on Wednesday, February 16 at 5:30 p.m. Registration is required and space is limited.

Sara Diehl and other Cricut Machine Crafters will gather to share tips and tricks of using a Cricut Machine. This program meets in the Community Room of the Jeffersonville Branch.

Domesticities & The Cutting Garden (located at 4055 State Route 52, Youngsville) are ready to bring in Spring! It’s Time to Pre-Order Seedlings! They’ll start them for you. $4.99/ 4” pot. Please Pre-Order by March 1. You can either stop into the shop with your list, or email it to them.

No need to pay in advance. Plants will be available for pickup around Memorial Day weekend, depending on the temperatures. They will also have a limited number of herbs and annuals available.

Due to limited space, they are limiting the number of custom orders. If there is something else you would like them to start for you, please give them a call or send an email and they will let you know if they can accommodate the order.

Give them a call with questions or to order at 845-482- 3333. If you don’t receive a confirmation by email if you email the order, give them a call to make sure they got the order.

Due to space constraints, they are mainly offering tomatoes, peppers and a few special items for pre-order. If you'd like something else, let them know and they’ll try to accommodate you. There will also be herbs and other annuals available on a first come first served basis in May.

Work in your community as a paid Sullivan Renaissance Intern! Pay is $13.50/Hr. from May through August and you must be between the age of 16-20.

Make a difference, support your community and love where you live while you build experience for your resume, make valuable connections, develop and define skills and participate in leadership training.

Barbara’s Bunch is on the road again presenting “Shen Yun” at Proctor’s Theatre on April 16, an experience of a lifetime! Breathtaking dance and music telling of a time when divine beings walked upon the earth leaving behind a Chinese culture that inspired generations.

Barbara has scheduled various “pickup spots” – you will need to contact her for that info. A quick rest stop on the way for lunch on your own.

The show is at 2 p.m. at Proctor’s Theatre. Immediately after the show you will walk to the Grano Restaurant for the included buffet dinner. Cost for this amazing event is $225, which includes motor coach transportation, driver’s gratuity, show and dinner.
