A “Paint n Sip” is being held at “The Tavern On Main” (located at 4919 State Route 52, Jeffersonville) Friday, May 19th at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $35 per person and includes all your art supplies and a free drink from the bar! Reminder: Ride 2 Survive’s 3rd Annual Golf Tournament is being held at the Roscoe Mountain Club (formerly Tennanah Lake Golf) on Sunday, May 21st. Cost is $80 which includes golf, cart and lunch. Sign In is at 12:30 with a Shot Gun Start at 1 p.m. Proceeds benefit the “Ride 2 Survive – Sullivan County” – an all-volunteer effort. ‘Meet the Authors! At a Reception, Sunday, May 21st from 2-3 p.m. at Domesticities and The Cutting Garden (located at 4055 State Route 52, Youngsville). The book “Musings” – Short Stories to Inspire & Delight, was launched on Amazon March 31st. These selections feature twelve eclectic original narratives by eight different authors showcasing a range of unique voices and styles. From tales of love and loss to accounts of adventure and discovery, this anthology has something for everyone. Join Mike Vreeland and others as he reads excerpts from this enjoyable book.

Tuesday, May 30th at 1 p.m. the Jeffersonville branch of the Western Sullivan Public Library a Home -School LEGO Club is being offered. Join them for another monthly home-school session where families get a chance to relax at the Library, connecting to other home-schooled families! Building with LEGO is a great way to help your child improve focus and concentration, increase spatial awareness, develop fine motor skills, encourage lateral thinking, patience, teamwork and problem solving. I hope to see some of you at the JEMS Penny Social Saturday at the Jeffersonville firehouse! The doors open at 11 a.m. and calling at 1 p.m. Lots of great treasures! All of the profit goes towards the flowers along our Main Street and beautiful hanging baskets as well as our  Concerts on our new stage in the Village’s Backyard Park!
