Judith A. Miller of Liberty, NY a retired Drug and Alcohol Counselor for Sullivan County, died on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Garnet Medical Center, Harris, NY. She was 84.

The daughter of the late Rudolph and Alice Ramee'  Arnold, she was born June 18, 1937 in Mineola, NY.

She was a member of St. Peters Church in Liberty.

Judy is survived by her children Janet Wagner of Richmond Hill, Georgia, Jean Silverman and her husband Steve of Jeffersonville, NY and James Santos and his wife Cheryl of Ovid, NY; her sister Jane Foley of Unadilla, NY; two nephews William Foley and his wife Karen of Arlington, Massachusetts and Kevin Foley of Unadilla; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her grandson Scott Krantz and granddaughter Laura Santos.

A memorial mass will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at St. Georges Church, Jeffersonville, NY at 11:00 AM; Father Roland Raj will officiate.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
