Katharine M. Knapp of Youngsville, NY a retired C.N.A. died Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Achieve Rehab. and Nursing Facility, Liberty, NY. She was 75.

The daughter of the late Vernon and Ruth Newman Wells, she was born January 4, 1948 in Liberty, NY.

Survivors include her son, Michael Schultz of Youngsville, NY, one cousin Hazel Ackerly of Liberty, N.Y., one sister Peggy Earl of Apex, NC, one grandson, Zachery Schultz LaGrange of NC; 2 granddaughters Taylor Chambers of Alabama and Samantha Chambers of Youngsville, N.Y., 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Ralph Knapp in 2006 and one son, Thomas Schultz in 1964. Her brother Richard Wells of Georgia, sister Rosemary Muzuruk of Liberty and her nephew Dale Malone Jr. of Youngsville.

Funeral services will be private.
