Keto stuffed breakfast bell peppers

I'm convinced that hairdressers always have the best information. At least, mine does. They talk to people all day long, receiving and giving advice, while transforming us. What a wonderful job to have.

My hairdresser is up to date on all the latest trends which is an added bonus for me. She informs me of the best places to eat in Goshen (where she is from), what's new on Tictok, and her favorite summer vacation spots. She's only 22 so I feel very old around her, but we are like best pals when I sit down in the chair.

I told her I was starting a diet that consisted of 1-2 cups veggies, 6-8 oz lean protein, and 1 serving of healthy fat in combination with supplements, and she mentioned she was on a similar Keto-like plan.

She mentioned to me that she started carving out bell peppers and using them as bread and I have to say, this morning breakfast is delicious and you won't miss the high carb intake.

All you need is your favorite colored bell pepper (mine is red for the sweetness), about 3-4 tbsp of your favorite low fat cream cheese, 2 strips turkey bacon, and a sprinkle of everything but the bagel seasoning (sold in any grocery store in the spice section). Chop your bell pepper in half and carve out the seeds.

Spread with your favorite cream cheese and sprinkle with cooked crispy turkey bacon! I have a feeling I will be making this all year long!
