Spring Break is right around the corner, and you may be wondering about things to do with the kids while they are home next week! With the warmer weather the playgrounds will be opening (might be muddy so bring the rain boots!) but get outdoors and enjoy the fresh air.

Mark your calendars for these upcoming events.

There will be an Easter Egg Hunt at Winkelried Biergarten in Jeffersonville on April 16 from 10 -1 PM. Bring your Easter Basket (or make one with us!) and hunt for Easter eggs filled with all kinds of surprises! Games, crafts, treats, and drinks for kids of ALL ages. Fun for the entire family!

The Annual Easter Egg Hunt at VIP KIDZ CLUB (Honesdale, PA) is taking place on Saturday, April 16 from 10-2. Let your children play, create a take home art project and participate in our Egg Hunt.  Light snacks and refreshments will be available. Circa Photo will be open for all guests to get portraits in the studio with Easter inspired backdrops. Event is $15/Per Child, Parents are Free! Purchase tickets on Eventbrite or pay at the front desk. Spots are limited so make sure to get your tickets in advance! https://www. eventbrite.com/e/annual-easter-egg-hunt-tickets-254732149717.

Join the Delaware Youth Center for a clean-up day on Saturday, April 30th. Bring your shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, gardening tools, lots of energy and a friend! They can use all the help they can get to prepare for the Spring and Summer seasons! Perfect for volunteer hours for school, college, 4-H, etc. 8 Creamery Road, Callicoon, NY 12723, email info@delawareyouthcenter.org for more information.

Join Ride 2 Survive Council members and your families and friends on Saturday, May 7th (Rain date: Sunday, May 8th) for their 2nd Annual Ride 2 Survive Golf Event.

It's going to be great fun for everyone: from serious golfers who like a challenge and some practice before the official season begins... all the way to less serious golfers looking for some fun and time with special friends and family. Complete the registration form with all required details which can be found on their website https:// ride2survivesullivancounty.org.

It has certainly been a long Winter and I for one cannot wait to get outdoors with family and friends for all sorts of activities this Spring.

If you have a local business that would like to be spotlighted in an upcoming column, please get in touch! Please email jenn@jennpowelldesigns.com with any news, events, and happenings.
