If you have not been to Bethel Woods holiday light show you do not know what you are missing. There were 6 of us in my friends SUV. We all had our mask on and the windows open for fresh air. The light show was amazing, a must see.

It will be on till the first week of January. When you start the ride you tune in to a radio station and they play Christmas songs. We had so much fun singing and laughing when we messed up the words. It makes you feel like a little kid. Great time was had by all.

Just a very important reminder if you sold or bought a house in Cochecton in the last year please make sure you call the assessor with the new owner and address. The assessor is Lorry King 845-932-8360 X 12.

The members of the Lake Huntington Presbyterian Church Ladies Aid wish to thank our members, friends and community who supported our Bakeless Bake Sale. It was a tremendous success! We thank you all for your generous donations to our fundraising effort during this difficult time of the Covid-19 pandemic.

In the past, I told you I have new neighbors Colin and Holly Gallagher. Colin sent me a email letting me know that Holly opened Botanist Vegan Taco take away, out of The Union in Narrowsburg. They are opened only weekends at the moment, 11am to 4pm.

They do not have a phone number as of yet as they are only take away, no online ordering just yet. They are on social media, @botanistvegan (instagram) & Botanist Vegan Street Food (Facebook). A few things on the menu: Tacos: Not Chicken & Mushroom Asada, Indian Spiced Chickpea and Sweet Potato Curry, Market Vegetable & Lentil Shepherd's Pie. More items to follow as weeks progress. Payment is debit or credit card only. Narrowsburg Union has, free parking, fire pit outside to warm our customers, and outdoor social distance seating. Please stop by and enjoy a yummy taco in a safe environment.

If you're looking to donate toys to local families there is a drop off barrel in Pete's Market, Narrowsburg Post Office and St Francis Xavier Church.

Keep smiling and have a great week and you can e-mail me at leeniebeans@citlink.net or call 845/252-3568 if you have any news. My new deadline is Friday.
