LEGAL NOTICE FOR FIRE DISTRICT ELECTION

Annual Election of The Woodbourne Fire District

December 14, 2021

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Annual Election of the Woodbourne Fire District will take place on December 14, 2021 between the hours of 6:00p.m. and 9:00p.m. at the Woodbourne Firehouse located at 355 Firehouse Road for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a 5-year term, commencing on January 1, 2022 and ending on December 31, 2027. All duly registered residents of the Woodbourne Fire District shall be eligible to vote.

Candidates for District Office shall file their names with the Secretary of the Woodbourne Fire District at PO Box 274 or 352 Firehouse Road, Woodbourne, N.Y. 12788 no later than 6 p.m. November 24, 2027.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that absentee ballots are available. Anyone requesting one, must contact the district secretary(434-4396) for an application at least seven(7) days prior to election. Absentee ballots must be submitted to the district no later than 5pm on December 13, 2021.
