NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Monticello will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 9th, 2021 at 6:00 o'clock p.m., for the property located at 518 Broadway, Monticello, New York and in person attendance is necessary.

The property is owned by Sullivan County and is located on tax map parcel section 111, block 3, and lot 26 (S-B-L 111.-3-26) and is located in the B2 (Core Business) Zoning District.

The applicant is seeking to obtain a Special Use Permit/Site Plan Approval for the conversion of a vacant building that was formerly a medical office into a Preschool/ Daycare Center. The proposed project is an allowed use in the B2 Zone subject to Planning Board review and approval.

A copy of the proposed plan is on file in the office of the Village Clerk and available for inspection by interested persons during Village Clerk's business hours.

The Planning Board will at the above date, time and place hear all persons interested in the subject matter hereof. Persons may appear in person or by agent. All written communications addressed to the Board must be received by the Board at or prior to the public hearing.
