INVITATION TO BID

CLEANING/ PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE & SERVICING OF BOILERS:

Please take notice that the Board of Education of the Sullivan West Central School District, Towns of Hancock, Bethel, Callicoon, Cochecton, Delaware, Fremont, Liberty, Tusten, Counties of Delaware and Sullivan, New York, is seeking bids for Cleaning/ Preventative Maintenance & Servicing of Boilers for the 2022-23 school year. Submit sealed bids to: Sullivan West Central School District Office, ATTN: Christina Kautz, District Clerk, 33 Schoolhouse Road, PO Box 308, Jeffersonville, NY 12748, on or before 10:00 A.M. on June 2, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened. All bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope "CLEANING/PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE & SERVICING OF BOILERS BID".

Bid information and specifications may be obtained at the District Offices, 33 Schoolhouse Road, PO Box 308, Jeffersonville, NY 12748. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the District's specifications. Any bid received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened and will not be considered.

All bids will be reviewed and a recommendation will be made to the Board of Education for award. Award will be made at an open meeting of the Board of Education to be held at a later date. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid and to accept or reject any bid, or any part of any bid, if deemed to be in the best interest of the Sullivan West Central School District.
