NORTH BRANCH FIRE DISTRICT

ANNUAL ELECTION NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the annual election of the North Branch Fire District, North Branch, N.Y. will take place at the North Branch firehouse on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 between the hours of 6 P.M. and 9 P.M.

Purpose of such election is to elect one commissioner for a term of five (5) years commencing January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2026.

Only residents registered to vote with the Sullivan County Board of Elections on or before November 16, 2021 or registered with the North Branch Fire District shall be eligible to vote. The Election Inspectors are to prepare the register on 11/29/21.

Any candidate for District Office must file their name with the Secretary of the North Branch Fire District on or before November 17, 2021.

Masks & Physical distancing precautions will be observed.
