LEGAL NOTICE

SPECIAL ELECTION OF THE NEVERSINK FIRE DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Election of the Neversink Fire District will take place on Tuesday January, 25, 2022 between the hours of 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm at the Neversink Fire Station located at 7486 State Route 55, Neversink NY 12765 for the purpose of:

Electing on commissioner for a two year term commencing January 25, 2022 and ending December 31, 2023. The candidates running for the office of Fire District Commissioner are Ken Bivins and James Darling.

This is a Special Election conducted pursuant to Town Law §174(2).

Only those persons who are residents of the Neversink Fire District on or before December 27, 2021 and who are registered to vote with the Sullivan County Board of Elections on or before January 3, 2022 shall be eligible to vote in this Special Election.
