TOWN OF DELAWARE NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PRELIMINARY BUDGET
Notice is hereby given that the preliminary budget of the Town of Delaware, Sullivan County, NY for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2022 has been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk where it is available for inspection by any interested persons. Interested persons are requested to call 845-887 -5250x 105 for an appointment.
Further notice is hereby given that the Town Board of said Town of Delaware will meet and review said Preliminary Budget and hold a Public Hearing at the Municipal Building, 104 Main Street, Hortonville, NY on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 6:55 p.m. and at such hearing those in favor or against any item therein contained will be heard, along with such other and further business which may come before the Board.
Pursuant to §108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following Town Officers are hereby specified as follows:
Supervisor - $20,000.00
Town Clerk/fax Collector - $45,882.00
Highway Supt. - $53,856.00
Town Council - $4,000.00
Includes budgets for Sewer Districts #1 and 2, Jeffersonville Volunteer First Aid Corp. & Upper Delaware Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
