NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Forestburgh will be holding a Public Hearing establishing a Temporary Land Use Moratorium on Accepting, Reviewing and Approving Building and Land Use Approval Applications Requiring Escrows within the town of Forestburgh, on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at the Forestburgh Town Hall, 332 King Road, Forestburgh, NY 12777.

All interested parties, and all persons will be given reasonable opportunity to be heard in respect to the application. Persons may appear in person, by attorney, or through a representative.
