LEGAL NOTICE
TRANSPORTATION TO PRIVATE SCHOOLS
FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR
The parent or guardian of a parochial or private school child residing in the Monticello Central School District who desires that their child be transported to a parochial or private school during the 2023-2024 school year must submit their request for transportation services in writing to Robin Sklar, Director of Transportation at rsklar@k12mcsd.net no later than April 1, 2023, or within thirty (30) days of moving into the District, using the Nonpublic Transportation request form available on the district website www.monticelloschools.net under Forms & Notifications. Nonpublic school transportation does not automatically carry over from year to year. Accordingly, parents and guardians of students currently being transported to a parochial or private school who desire that their child(ren) continue to receive transportation services during the next school year must file a new request for 2023-2024.
