Liberty boys stay perfect

LIBERTY -- The Indians continued the dominant start to their season with a 7-0 victory over Chester on Wednesday. Goals were scored by Liam Henry (3), Owen Siegel, Chase Racette, Dennis Cardenas and Raul Morales.

Assists were tallied by Norlis Acosta (3), Racette (2), Lewis Paz, Siegel and Cardenas.

Liberty (3-0) hosts S.S. Seward this afternoon, and Sullivan West tomorrow morning.

Monticello dominates Port Jervis

The Panthers hosted Port Jervis earlier this week, with the varsity girls and boys picking up impressive 15-50 cross country wins.

Liberty hosts Manor and Burke

The Indians battled the Wildcats and the Eagles in a cross country meet on a beautiful sunny Tuesday afternoon. Liberty and Manor varsity boys teams each defeated Burke 15-50, while Manor just edged out Liberty 27-28.
