The holiday magic was in full force at the Liberty Museum and Art Center for their  last week for their 25th Annual Holiday Party and the 3rd Annual Gingerbread Experience.

“As the Thanksgiving 2022 Holiday draws to a close we are reminded of just how this event was a testament to the power of community,” said Sullivan Performing Arts  Board Member Jayne MacManus. “The day was filled with hundreds of visitors from throughout our beautiful county - a true and enthusiastic response to the mission that our regional museum wishes to fulfill.”

MacManus thanked fellow board members Etta Barbanti, Tony Canger, Robert Dadras, Matthew and Naomi Frumess, Matthew Sherman and Maurice Gerry for their individual contributions to making this event a success.

She also thanked Walter Moylan, “the Keyboard Wizard” for the lovely and entertaining musical performance.

“And a most heartfelt thanks to volunteers, Cory Wolcott Dame and Tami Van Leuven for your special holiday touches to brighten the space,” MacManus said. “Lastly, to my two sons, Joseph and Joshua Jawitz, for always being there to help support youth programming and welcoming your new friends to the museum in a most gracious manner.”
