WOODBOURNE —  It has been said that grief does not change you, it only reveals you. The truth is, you never really get over the loss of someone you love, but there are ways to understand the powerful and sometimes confusing feelings that come with grief. “Life After Loss: An 8-Week Bereavement Series” will be offered starting October 3, at 7 p.m. at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne. 

The series will be facilitated by Jennifer Perito and is open to adults who have suffered the loss of a loved one, regardless of how recently or long ago the loss occurred.
