CALLICOON – Three local businesses are joining forces in April to allow interested customers to get a taste of locally produced spirits and cider and learn more about where these products come from.
On four Saturdays in April – April 1, 15, 22 and 29 – the tour will begin at noon at Catskill Provisions on Upper Main Street, Callicoon.
There you will enjoy a taste of distinctive spirits and cocktails plus a variety of wine and beer options along with small plates. Hop on the Upstate D Tour Bus at 1:30pm to head off to Rock Valley Spirits where you can learn about the art and science of traditional artisan distilling followed by a tasting.
To conclude the tour you’ll hop on the shuttle at 3:30pm to head to Seminary Hill. Where you will experience a mini tour of the cider production and taste some snacks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts crafted to bring out Seminary Hill cider’s complex aromas.
The event runs from noon - 6:30 p.m. and costs $34.09 per person. To purchase tickets or for more information, go to https://CatskillsSpringRun2023.eventbrite.com or call 845-701-5031.
