ROCK HILL – On Friday, February 16 around 4 p.m., a man walked into the lobby of Crystal Run Urgent Care in Rock Hill and fatally shot himself in the head.
No other patients or staff were injured in the incident and investigators remained on the scene until into the evening hours.
Leading the investigation into the apparent suicide are the State Police, who were assisted by Sullivan County Sheriff’s Deputies.
The Democrat reached out to the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office and the New York State Police on the name of the deceased, but did not receive an answer by press time on Monday, February 19.
