SUPREME COURT COUNTY OF Sullivan, Marie Degregorio, Plaintiff, vs. Joseph B. Degregorio, ET AL., Defendant(s).

Pursuant to an Order and Judgment Directing Partition and Sale, dated on October 30, 2020, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the front steps of the Sullivan County Courthouse, 414 Broadway, Monticello, NY on July 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., premises known as 538-558 Red Hill Road, Phillipsport, NY 12769. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Mamakating, County of Sullivan and State of New York, Section 7, Block 1 and Lot 14. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of the Partition Judgment under Index # 2018-1615. COVID-19 safety protocols will be followed at the sale.
