Richard Tyler, age 74, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2020 at Catskill Regional Medical Center, Harris, NY.

Richard was born on May 13, 1945 in Cochecton, NY to Alice and David Tyler. He was married to Carolyn (Dieterich) Tyler for 58 years.

He is survived by his wife Carolyn, daughter Tammy (Tyler) Watts (Edward), and three grandchildren, Amanda (Matthew), Ryan (Amanda), Brittany (Jean Junior)and two great grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother David Tyler and two sisters Alice Wyss and Marion Barnes.

Richard worked for the Sullivan County DPW for 37 ½ years as a heavy machine operator. He also worked for Boy Scouts of America for about 10 years. Richard enjoyed working in his garage doing many projects and working on his old Antique Cars. His most favorite thing to do was spending time with his family.
