Ruth Ann Watson of Liberty, NY a longtime area resident died Sunday, March 14, 2021 at the Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility in Liberty, NY. She was 92.

The daughter of the late Daniel and Anna Saldonis Larkin, she was born April 6, 1928 in Carbondale, PA.

Ruth Ann was a Communicant of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church in Liberty, NY. She had been employed at the Triangle Diner in Liberty for many years. She will be remembered as a hard worker, a great mother and loving grandmother.

Survivors include one son, Michael Watson and his wife Denise of Liberty, NY; two daughters, Linda Dinnerstein of Liberty, NY and Jo Anne Friedman and her husband William of Harris, NY; four grandchildren, Sean Dinnerstein and his wife Tawni, Meagan Dinnerstein, Jessie Dinnerstein and Todd Kurpil and his wife Jenny; four great grandchildren, James and Emma Dinnerstein and Kalliope and Thea Kurpil; two sisters in law, Florence Larkin and Judith Larkin; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Charles Watson, Sr.; one son, Charles Watson, Jr.; several brothers and sisters, including Ann Marie Martin; in-laws, including Ann Gabrielson; and a son in-law, James Dinnerstein.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 18, 2021 from 5-7 PM in the Harris Funeral Home, West Street at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 10 AM in St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 264 North Main Street, Liberty, NY. Father Edward Bader will officiate.

Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Cold Spring Road, Liberty, NY.

Memorial contributions in Ruth Ann's name may be made to the St. Peter's Church-Building Fund, 264 North Main Street, Liberty, NY 12754 or to a charity of ones' choice.
