Sandy Stone of Livingston Manor, NY, a retired salesman and past president at Albert Nipon Fashion in New York City, NY and a long time area resident, died Monday, August 30, 2021 at the Roscoe Regional Rehab. and Residential Health Care Facility, Roscoe, NY. He was 94.

The son of the late Lionel and Anne Stone, he was born July 7, 1927 in Rome, Italy.

Sandy had worked in many garment businesses and after retiring established Stone Realty; he was a former member of the New York City Fashion Council; a founding member and former officer of Catskill Fly Fishing Center and Museum; a member of the Roscoe-Rockland Chamber of Commerce and a former member of the Beaverkill Valley Fire Company.

Survivors include his loving wife, Miriam Whitmore Stone, at home; two daughters, Leslie Lonergan of Scituate, MA and Audrey Stone-Lemberg and her husband William of Brooklyn, NY; and four grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 10AM to 12 Noon at the Harris Funeral Home, Railroad Ave., Roscoe, NY. Funeral services will be at 12 Noon in the funeral home.

Burial will be in the Lew Beach Cemetery, Lew Beach, NY.
