Former Sullivan County Youth Bureau Director and current Sullivan County Deputy Elections Commissioner Lesia Snihura (second from left) was honored by the Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) at Thursday's legislative meetings for her longtime collaboration with the DRC with peer mediation in local schools and with the Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), particularly their Lunch With Santa event.
