The Skinners Falls bridge as it stands is not an environmental hazard. NY and PA need a way to keep this historic bridge, built by the American Bridge Co., around for our future generations to see and learn about. There are ways of going about this. Have day times of crossing, like any historic park. During times of high water, like any national park, close. Do not let this piece of history and architectural marvel of history and lore become scrap that we can just recycle. In any event, history, if possible, should be preserved.
