BETHEL — The Sullivan County Democratic Committee held its biennial reorganization on September 28. By unanimous vote, the Committee re-elected Anne Hart as Chair, William Orestano as Associate Chair and Alvin Dumas as Vice Chair. Barb Schmitt was elected to a full term as Treasurer after serving for over a year in that capacity. Erica Heins was elected Secretary.

“I am thrilled to continue collaborating with our great team of officers and committee members to elect our great Democratic candidates in November. We all thank Deanna Senyk for her service as Secretary and welcome Erica Heins to the position. Together we’re looking for a new direction for Sullivan County,” said Ms. Hart. William Orestano said, “I am honored to have been re-elected as Associate Chair helping to create positive change and growth in our community. It was terrific to experience the amazing energy in the room in support of our candidates.”
