SUNY Sullivan hosts Health and Social Sciences Day on Saturday, April 30

Loch Sheldrake — SUNY Sullivan is hosting Health and Social Sciences Day on Saturday, April 30, from 12:30–2:45 pm, for interested students to learn more about the College’s health and social sciences programs, meet faculty, and discuss pathways to rewarding careers in the high-demand health and social sciences field. Students and families can tour the campus, athletics facilities, and residence hall, and learn more about the College’s childcare options in collaboration with Healthy Kids Programs. Students can apply on the spot, and those who bring a valid high school transcript can register for classes at one of the top-rated community colleges in New York State.

Health and social science programs and courses at SUNY Sullivan, include nursing, respiratory care, medical assistant, emergency medical technician, certified nursing assistant, alcoholism & drug abuse counseling, human services, psychology, direct support practice certificate, physical education, fitness, and sports management.

Registration for virtual summer classes, and in-person, virtual, and hybrid courses for the fall semester is open. Virtual registration sessions hosted by advisors and enrollment specialists are offered on Tuesdays at 3:30 pm.
