The Upper Delaware Council resumed its first Thursday monthly meetings at the non-profit organization’s Narrowsburg office in-person as of June 3. A postponed reception for the 2021 officers and board took place after a swearing-in ceremony officiated by Senior Magisterial District Judge Ronald J. Edwards.
