The Upper Delaware Council resumed its first Thursday monthly meetings at the non-profit organization’s Narrowsburg office in-person as of June 3. A postponed reception for the 2021 officers and board took place after a swearing-in ceremony officiated by Senior Magisterial District Judge Ronald J. Edwards. Seated from left to right are: Chairperson Jeff Dexter (Damascus Township); Secretary-Treasurer Al Henry (Berlin Township); and Vice-Chair Susan Sullivan (Town of Tusten). Standing from the left are National Park Service Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River Superintendent Joe Salvatore; Town of Delaware Representative Tom Dent; Shohola Township Rep. Aaron Robinson; Lackawaxen Township Rep. Doug Case; Town of Deerpark Alternate Rep. Ginny Dudko; Town of Hancock Rep. Fred Peckham; Town of Cochecton Rep. Larry Richardson; Town of Fremont Rep. Jim Greier; and Town of Deerpark David Dean. Representatives for the Town of Lumberland (Nadia Rajsz); Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Tim Dugan); and Delaware River Basin Commission (Kristen Bowman Kavanagh), participated in the meeting remotely, while New York State, the Town of Highland, and Westfall Township representatives were absent.
