MONTICELLO — A COVID-19 Vaccination clinic is scheduled for Tuesday, June 1, from 3 until 6 p.m. at the Robert J. Kaiser Middle School gymnasium at 45 Breakey Ave in Monticello.

The clinic is offering the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine for anyone ages 12 and older.

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time

Return date for 2nd dose is Tuesday, June 22nd. You will be automatically registered for your second dose and will receive a confirmation e-mail.
