SHOHOLA, PA – The first meeting of the 2026 season of the Shohola Railroad and Historical Society [SRHS] will be on Wednesday, April 1, at 7 p.m. at the Shohola Municipal Building, 159 Twin Lakes Road. The guest speaker will be Tony Perito, who has been a guest speaker in the past. His topic will be “Transportation in 1776, a Semiquincentennial Lookback.” Tony is a history enthusiast interested in early 19th century transportation. He is a Universal Banker at The Dime Bank. Hope to see you at this free program! Following the presentation, you can enjoy a snack and browse the SRHS museum room [Formerly the primary school room] at the Township building and find out more about Shohola History.
