MONTICELLO – Assembly Member Paula Elaine Kay (D-Rock Hill) is inviting constituents to a Community Open House on Friday, July 25, from 11am-3pm at her district office, located at 461 Broadway, Monticello.

Residents are encouraged to stop by, meet Assembly Member Kay and her staff, and learn more about how her office can assist with state programs, legislative questions, and community needs. The event will also include a collection drive for veterans in need, accepting non-perishable food items. The office is also collecting worn American flags that will be disposed of with full honor and respect.

“I want every constituent to feel comfortable walking through our doors,” said Assembly Member Kay. “This open house is about building relationships and demonstrating the power of community.”

Assembly Member Kay has been a dedicated advocate for veterans and their families and has also worked alongside local leaders to improve access to healthcare and address the rising cost of living. She frequently uses community feedback to inform her legislative priorities, and her staff is committed to helping connect individual constituents to services throughout the district.

“I hope this event reminds our neighbors that they’re never alone – and that our office is here to help,” Kay said.

The event is free and open to the public. No RSVP is required. Community members with questions can call the district office at 845-794-5807.
