Callicoon stood still Saturday afternoon as witches, demon hunters, pirates, and more curious characters took to Main Street for the hamlet’s annual Halloween parade. 

Sponsored by the Delaware Youth Center, the parade led costumed kids down the street closed off by the Callicoon Fire Department and Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office, ending at the center’s facility on Creamery Road. 

Kids then enjoyed a host of games arranged by DYC volunteers, plus apple cider, fresh popcorn, and more tasty autumnal treats.
