LIBERTY – County officials celebrated with Liberty resident Loretta Saltzman and her family on Wednesday, August 20 on the occasion of her 105th birthday. Legislators Luis Alvarez and Matt McPhillips, along with Sheriff Mike Schiff, enjoyed cake and presented Loretta with a certificate of recognition. Happy birthday, Loretta!
