Deputy Justin Dawson of the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division is welcomed home by his colleagues after a 14 month deployment with the NY Army National Guard. Dawson was deployed to the California/Mexico border in support of the U.S. Border Patrol and Customs.
