April showers will soon bring May flowers (still snow flurries on the hill)! Our weather seems to be getting better every day! I heard the “peepers” the other night and it’s getting darker later, the trees are full of buds, and grass is getting more green, definite signs we are going in the right direction. If I could just get rid of the ugly Starlings raiding my feeders!

Barbara is at it again! Barbara's Bunch will be going to Ragtime on Saturday, May 2nd. Ragtime is a sweeping musical adaptation of E.L. Cost is $230 per person which includes bus, driver's tip, show ticket and bag lunch. Call 914-799-3362 for more information or email barbarahahl@yahoo.com.

Their artwork will be on display from April 11 through May 17. The Colors of Spring as represented in Kevin's use of muted hues and Steve's use of bright tones provides a wonderful way to welcome the new season and appreciate how color in all its forms brings art to life. The art exhibit is intriguing but also must-see with Kevin and Steve each using wood in vastly unique ways making this art.
