Stone Wall Farms & Yoga By The Lake invite you to the first offering in the Fabulous You series—a monthly yoga & empowerment experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, move mindfully, and celebrate life. This exclusive, small-group workshop blends gentle movement, meditation, and the healing presence of horses to cultivate grounding, presence, and inner peace. 

What to expect: Meet and connect with the gentle, grounding horses of Stone Wall Farms. A guided grounding meditation (seated or standing) to cultivate stillness. Gentle movement practice to awaken your body and deepen awareness. A hands-on grooming session with the horses, fostering connection and mindfulness.
