The weather has just been delightful and a welcome reprieve from the blistery winter days. Looking forward to walks around the lake and getting in the garden soon!

Here are some events happening in our communities and beyond:

Have you tried the new classes at JURNI Fitness? Open Barre Classes are being offered at JURNI! Instructor Jen St. John is now offering a variety of barre method classes. This low impact, full body workout is one you do not want to miss. You can find the calendar online https://jurnihealing.com/open-barre as well as online registration for these classes. Contact JURNI at 845-932-5113 for more information and pricing.

Mark your calendars for March 22, 2025 for a Tricky Tray at the Lake Huntington Firehouse benefitting the Cochecton Volunteer Ambulance Corp and the SWCSD Class of 2025. Donations needed.

Stone Wall Farms & Yoga By The Lake invite you to the first offering in the Fabulous You series—a monthly yoga & empowerment experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, move mindfully, and celebrate life. This exclusive, small-group workshop blends gentle movement, meditation, and the healing presence of horses to cultivate grounding, presence, and inner peace.

What to expect: Meet and connect with the gentle, grounding horses of Stone Wall Farms. A guided grounding meditation (seated or standing) to cultivate stillness. Gentle movement practice to awaken your body and deepen awareness. A hands-on grooming session with the horses, fostering connection and mindfulness. Reflective journaling prompts to help integrate your experience. New participants receive a complimentary journal. Enjoy a handmade treat by local culinary artist Robbie Senzon.

This intimate workshop is perfect for those seeking recovery-based movement, mindfulness, and self-expression in a nurturing and empowering space. This event will take place on April 17 at 4:30 p.m. at Stone Wall Farms in Jeffersonville, NY. Suggested donation $40. Please contact Barbara Moran 845-701-2418 to reserve your spot today!

The Delaware Youth Center is holding a Spring Garden and Craft Fair on May 31 and they are calling for Vendors! Space reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. If you have any questions, have a look at their website or email events@delawareyouthcenter.org
