LEGAL NOTICE

A nonprofit organization in Sullivan County, NY is seeking sealed bids for the sale and installation of security related enhancements. This project includes the installation of Perimeter Fencing, CCTV enhancements, Impact resistant doors and access control. Selection criteria will be based on price, reputation/experience, and quality of materials proposed. Specifications and bid requirements can be obtained by contacting us at officemonsey11@gmail.com.

All interested firms will be required to sign for the proposal documents and provide primary contact, telephone, fax and email address. Bids will be accepted until July 14, 2026. Work is to commence by July 20, 2026 and completed by August 31, 2026. Minority and Women Owned Businesses are Encouraged to Apply.
