A nonprofit organization in Wurtsboro, NY is seeking sealed bids for sales and installation of security related enhancements. The project includes: doors, glass panels, and related framings, hinges, closing hardware, and locking systems to provide a minimum 10-minute rating against a forced entry attempt (the “Forced Entry Resistant Standard”) with appropriate manual and electronic access control and interfaced locking equipment. These doors will assist in ensuring only authorized individuals gain entry to the site. Selection criteria will be based on experience and knowledge of the systems required, adherence to the projected work schedule, professional references, and cost.
