LEGAL NOTICE

ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE JEFFERSONVILLE FIRE DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Jeffersonville Fire District will take place on December 13, 2022 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Jeffersonville Fire House located at Main Street, Jeffersonville, New York for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a 5 year term, commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2027.

Only persons residing within the fire district and registered to vote with the Sullivan County Board of Elections on or before November 21, 2022 shall be eligible to vote.

Candidates for District Office shall file their names and the position they are seeking with the Secretary of the Jeffersonville Fire District by mail to: Valerie A. Panich, Secretary, Jeffersonville Fire District, PO Box 276, Jeffersonville NY 12748, by November 23, 2022.
